Wardell Neighbourhood Centre - Food Shock Box Development Survey

Shocks to our national food system can come at any time and in many forms; pandemics, fires, floods, and fuel shortages have all recently shown how fragile our supermarket systems are to disruptions. We are gathering information to support the development of a food shock box containing shelf-stable, non-perishable food items.

These boxes are intended to assist individuals and households during times of emergency, such as extreme weather events, natural disasters, or temporary food shortages.Your responses will help us better understand community needs, preferences, and dietary requirements, ensuring that the food items included are practical, accessible, and suitable for a range of households.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.Participation is voluntary, your responses are anonymous and will be used to improve Wardell Neighbourhood Centres programs.
